
Greek Style Chicken Salad Pittas
Simply and delicious quick lunch.
Ingredients
- 95 g Cooked Chicken breast, sliced or chopped (1 small Chicken breast)
- 2 tbsp low fat tzatziki
- 1 wholemeal soft pitta bread
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 2 little gem salad leaves, shredded
- 1/4 avocado, sliced (optional)
Instructions
Gently open the pitta halve to create a pocket.
Stuff the pitta pocket with the sliced tomato, lettuce, chicken, avocado (if using) and top with the tzatiki
Notes
The easiest way to cook chicken is using the Air fryer.
First, flatten the chicken breast between 2 pieces of greaseproof paper using a rolling pin.
Spray each side with low-cal spray and season with salt and pepper.
Cook in the Air fryer at 200 degrees for 14 minutes. To check that it is cooked, slice at the thickest part.
